We are pleased to invite USC Faculty and Staff to participate in the 24th Annual Fred S. Grodins Graduate Research Symposium, to be held on Friday, April 10th, 2020, at the USC Michelson Center for Convergent Bioscience. The symposium will include oral and poster presentations by all BME PhD students.
The Fred S. Grodins Graduate Research Symposium began in 1997 as a forum for BME graduate students to present their current research work and future plans. This student-organized and student-run symposium provides an opportunity for the faculty and current graduate students to exchange ideas on the various areas of on-going research activity within the Department. The participating graduate students contribute considerable effort and time in preparing their presentations. Thus, active faculty participation is highly appreciated. As part of the Department’s recruitment efforts, outstanding prospective students are also invited to attend this event and to mingle with current students. This gives them invaluable insight into what life as a BME graduate student is like.
The students look forward to your participation at the Grodins Graduate Research Symposium. Please contact the committee if you have any questions.
