The Henderson-Hasselbach Equation

The Henderson-Hasselbach Equation allows one to calculate blood pH from the concentration of blood bicarbonate and PCO2 .

The equation is:

pH  =  6.1 + log [HCO3-]/(0.03 * PCO2)
